A rare Automatic Electric Monophone A1 with the high solid brass cradle — most examples featured the more common low Bakelite cradle, making this a particularly sought-after piece. A beautiful example of Art Deco design from the 1920s.
Restoration
Painstakingly restored by specialists with 18 years of antique telephone experience. Bakelite handset with spitcup has had its bands newly re-nickelled, and the finger wheel has been replated. All Bakelite polished to a high gloss. A network has been added for full functionality — just plug it in and use it.
